Start it in the morning. Wristen records your day on the watch you already wear, then turns it into a transcript that knows who said what, plus notes that are ready before you are.

It doesn't quietly stop

Calls ring. Recording keeps going.

A call you don't pick up won't interrupt anything. If you answer, or an alarm takes the mic, Wristen saves what it has and taps your wrist right away. One tap and it carries on. Every gap is marked, so you know exactly what wasn't recorded.

Three taps a day.

  1. 1

    Tap once

Start recording on your watch. The screen can go dark; it keeps listening.

  2. 2

    Live your day

Meetings, calls on speaker, a class, a walk with a friend. Pause from your wrist whenever you want.

  3. 3

    Read it back

Open the app for a timeline of your day, the full transcript, and notes with your to-dos.

Before you subscribe.

  • Unlimited, fairly

There is no hour cap. The first 3 hours of speech each day are transcribed within minutes; on a very long day, the rest is ready by the next morning.

  • Nothing to set up

No API keys and no model to pick. The AI is included in the subscription.

  • Yours to delete

Pause from your wrist. Delete any minute, and its transcript goes with it. Audio is kept for 30 days and never used to train models.

Good questions.

Apple Watch with a recent watchOS, paired with an iPhone. We will publish the exact models and versions when the app is in the App Store.

Recording all day uses a lot of the battery. We will publish our own measurements before launch. Low Power Mode helps, and you can pause whenever you do not need it.

If you don't answer, recording continues. If you answer, the call takes the microphone. Wristen saves what it has, taps your wrist, and one tap picks it back up after the call. The gap shows on your timeline.

To our servers on Cloudflare, encrypted in transit and at rest, then to our speech-to-text provider for transcription. Only you can see it. Audio is deleted after 30 days, and you can delete any part sooner. It is never used to train models.

Yes. The first 3 hours of speech each day go through a fast queue. Anything beyond that waits in a slower queue and is usually done by the next morning. Silence is skipped and never counts.

It depends on where you are. Some places require everyone in a conversation to agree. You are responsible for telling people when you record them; the app reminds you the first time you start.

It is in development. Leave your email and we will write when it is in the App Store. Want it sooner? Tick the beta box and we will send a TestFlight invite as soon as the beta opens. Questions: support@wristen.app.
